i guess in the end, maybe the US game may have different ways to rule things vs. the overseas game since both will not be compatible with each other.
but, the discussion seems to go back and forth so i'm just trying to get the correct answer to tell the players i demo, since i, or they, use this card to get rid of the lead ninja in a 2 or 3 ninja team. question: if the lead ninja is a 4/2, the second 2/1, and the last 0/2. the lead ninja is removed, leaving the other two. is the final attack value: A. 7 B. 4 C. 3 i feel i'm going through YGO all over again... ![]() |

The answer is C. As noted in the Japanese ruling, order of teams can not be altered (except by card effects that state they do).
Remove the lead ninja, you then only add up the support values of the Ninjas in the back of the squad. 1+2 = 3. The lead ninja value would be considered 0 since the Ninja is now gone. |

thanks.
i for one, have never played the Japanese version, so i'm in the dark and am learning it all from scratch. since i was informed that the Japanese game, whether rules or cards, were a little different, i didn't invest time in learning the 'other' game. i did this for YGO too, and it reduced problems with rulings. |
