Didn't the fox say that the eyes had more "sinister chakra" than his own? Sinister to me means more evil not more powerful.

*SPOILER* That is just a theory of Jaraiya's. There's no real proof at this time. And to stay on topic I want to see Pein/Pain vs Naruto and Sasuke.
