Spoilers A Thought about Pein/Pain

Being the civil war is over in the Rain village that seems to mean that Pein/Pain is the Kage of the Hidden Rain village. So being the Leaf is after all the Akatsuki and Pein/Pain is the leader of that as well that'll mean that if they succeed in killing him thats like going to war with the Rain village. And if it gets out to other villages that the Leaf took out the leader of the Rain that'll cause a whole mess of problems. Anyone else think of this?

Persnoally, I think that has nothing to do with the rain village's leader-

Pein was a leader of one of two groups, but that I know of the civil war wasn't over who is Kage.

how can he be kage akatsuki all have cut there strings to there village unless this is a plot for more man power and sacrifices to jutsus or trying to take all of the villages money for akatsuki i dont know and when you like the headbands of the people jaraiya interigates they have that line threw the rain sybol like the members of the akatsuki have done to there headband

Pein can't be the Rain's Kage. All Akatsuki members have betrayed their original village.
