He said he has the power of Madara, not that he is Madara.

Maybe Madara taught him, or he trained to be as strong as Madara. As long as didn't directly say he's Madara, then he isn't.

You really can't train to be as strong as Madara seeing as how he is supposedly stronger than the Kyuubi

The 1st knew how to counter a tails' power especially the Kyuubi that's mainly why Madara lost

yes that means the 1st was stronger than madara without the kyuubi and madara beat the kyuubi (before he had it) which means the 1st could have so I kind of just destroyed your point lol
