Chunin exam secrets....spoilers?

Kabuto seems to get something from inside hiim when his eyes started getting flushed. we haven't really seen what this is from, the reason for it, and if it is in any way connected to why he was found alone as a child.

also the rain ninja all seem to have something in common. both sets during the exams had a peculiar pattern.

-.- -.O O.O

0 eyes
1 eye
2 eyes open

is there some special meaning behind this for the rain vilage or maybe Akatsuki?

if it has to do with Hanzou and some connection of 3's then would it mean that he was not fully defeating?

3 teams of 3.
rain 1 killed by garra
rain 2 defeated by Team 7 w/ Kabuto
Sannin

3 open eyes 3 closed eyes.

the latest manga would support this with a lower panel showing some ninja from the rain with one having 2 eyes open, one having one eye closed. meaning the pattern could be complete but unsure with the third having his back to us.

so why do the rain have eye coverings like that?

what was the deal with Kabuto's eyes?

what is the fascination with 3's?

is there some secret to Naruto revolving aroudn the number 3?
3 x 3 = 9 (tailed fox)

squads are 3 members.

3 main ranks of ninjas. (Gen, Chu, Jo-nin)

3 ninjas aka Sannin.

3 main types of jutsu (Nin, Tai, Gen-jutsu)

what other 3's are there that i can't recall right now?

You're just thinking too much into it.

Go watch the movie 23, you'd enjoy it!

The number 3 in general is one of the most recurring numbers in any form of media and/or entertainment: book, movies, anime, and plays often use the number 3 as a sort of "power" number.

The number 3 in old times was a reference to the holy trinity: father, son, and the holy spirit. It is continued today in various publications and/or digital media in some form or another. If you think about it, the number 3 is the strongest of most numbers because of a number of reasons:

Think of a triangle, which is one of the most stable looking shapes.

Having 3 people faced with a decision will always have a conclusion, as the 3rd person can break a tie.

Although only two reasons I can think off the top of my head, both are truths. The power of 3's is not a new "theory", but a fact that has been used since christianity has been started. It is in popular culture everywhere you look. For instance:

In The Matrix movies, frequent biblical references are apparent: a character named Trinity, Neo as a christ figure, etc etc. Many believe that (in spirit of the power of the holy trinity) that Morpheus was acting as the father, Neo as the son (or as the incarnate of Jesus, which fits), and Trinity as the Holy Spirit.

Everything you said above: teams of 3's, etc etc.

In the recently concluded Harry Potter novels, the main protagonist has a group of 2 friends. The last book involves "The Deathly Hallows" (for those who have finished the book you know what I mean when it comes to the number).

Many people would argue that the number "7" is a far better number, but the number 7 is a lucky number, not a number of power or strength, while 13 is (supposedly) an evil number, which began with Judas being the 13th to sit at the table.

As much as I enjoy these kinds of things and love debating it, I should probably stop...

but there are some clear 3's that haven't completed yet and others that have.

example Orochimaru is dead, meaning we will probably see the remaining sannin follow suit. otherwise the 3 is broken.

how many fights has Sasuke and Naruto had? it was two real fights wasn't it since Sakura alsmot but Kakashi did end the other one that would have probably ended Sasuke.

saying team 7 doesn't show exactly how Sakura will fit into the conclusion of Naruto/Sasuke will end up. so who could another potential 3rd be?

as you have said the number 3 shows many things and means many things to many places. but what i am asking is how it effects things we know, and things yet to be told.

are thre any 2's that could use a 3 attached to them to finish up the story?

at first their were five major villages than the upstart sound was squashed quickly. but it made 6 then, now we know the power of the Rain so it makes 6...a multiple of 3.

i am just looking for possibilities in unthought of places yet.

oh shut it.

my mind was going quicker than my fingers when i made the first post that morning.

anyway 27 does have a meaning then if you was to point it out. 2 members of team 7 original genins are still loyal to the leaf village.
