What are your thoughts on them?

The shikamaru's effect is pretty handy, and it might replace SP. And hinata is free early game ointment everyturn!

i like that you can use hinata to heal choji after using his effect
and shika is crazy insane medication pills seriously deadly

hinata is ok to me but the shikamaru is good with choji make a APW as head ninja and use choji's effect well you would need ino on that team
