if you're talking about the kage of each village,they only call them hokage for Konoha

I'm actually torn...part of me says "Yes more characters from other villages, make a huge war or something!" and another part says "Hey we have more than enough right now! what we need is to go in depth with Kiba(of course), Tenten and Temari..." so I could go either way on a decision for more ninjas... waht was the question?

actually, Kiba had a whole episode to himself and Akamaru, and even depth in during the Sasuke Retrieval Arc.
