Japanese Set 1 and 2 cards: Mission

It has the kanji for "name", so it changes the ninja to a card called "shooting star".

I think the combo is something like this"

You have a Hokage play, you put Shooting Star on it. changing its name to "shooting star".
You then play another Hokage.

Since the new cards name IS Shooting star, thats a legal play.

And you get 2 hokages, thats actually a sweet card.

Ok, that makes a lot more sense. So what would happen if you had 2 Hokage out and Shooter Star is discarded? Do they both die like in MTG or will nothing happen since they are already in play?

Good question, but thats not yet a possiblity.....
I suppose you may have to turn one into charkara it it was possible to remove a mission card.....

Although its totally a guess, i`d say you`d have to pick a copy to go to the discard pile, if shooting star was discarded.

However, its a permanent effect, like the mission card isnt in play to target. So i dont think anything (that i know of) can turn off the effect given by that mission, so that situation may never arise.

Actually no, the card targets one of your "GENIN" ninjas. So won't work on a Hokage.

Does this mean I draw a card for each player or that each player draws a card? If it's the 2nd one, wouldn't that make it a really bad card?

Does this mean you have to use up all your Water Chakra when using this or maybe that you can only use Water Chakra to pay for X?

- The game is only designed for 2 players. Both players draw 1 card is what that card should say.

- No for the second card, you choose the amoun of water chakra spent for X, you don't use all the Water in your Chakra area if you don't want too.
