Also hooray for Narutos! That means if we have it on the 24th, we'll have 3 sundays for playtesting (28th/4th/18th). I need to borrow your 2nd Kidomaru (State 2) card Zack, you can have it back after the Chuunin or sooner if you really need it.

Edit: 2nd hokage is on the way, mailed it yesterday so you wont have it this week but you will have it by the 4th

If you guys don't understand the situation, basically it was previously ruled that if you used Sakon + Ukon (State 2)'s effect on a ninja that was unable to go out to battle (Due to Kidomaru (State 2)), then the effect would fizzle and Sakon + Ukon could be blocked by any ninja / team afterward, due to the "Do as much as you can" ruling. It was retracted shortly after from when Tylar's post was made.

It's also funny to note that Alex said they never had a card effect like that in the history of the game.

So they added a "Rule Docuument" thing and I was looking over the penalty guidelines for Naruto. Some of these penalties are brutal.
One of them is if you search for something when you're restricted by a card effect, then you get a game loss.
Another is apparently missing a mandatory trigger is a game warning.
