I have, just go to path to hokage click the thread that says got a GAMA demo deck, first impressions then scroll down and you will see some pictures of cards the first card called Naruto Uzumaki is a foil.

It looks much nicer in person, the foil has a pretty unique pattern in it.

According the VermilionOne, you basically have to hold a foil card in order to actually understand what it's like. :P

what kind of pattern dose it have??

The patterns are based on the card type (lightning, fire, water, earth....) Water is a cool blu e BG desing, fire is red, and has the spiral clouds Lighting is purple(and looks the best i think) and has clouds, earth is yellow-gold with 2 mountains, wind is well, clouds with the movement lines, and water is second best which is blue and has big waves on it. the bg apply only to ninja cards so far

Sorry but that is the worst backgound, it hurts to look at it....see rock lee card or Naruto promo card.....its terrible........

I thought it looked good, myself, i could say it would hurt if they used too much card gloss or a bad print....but i like mine...

Then again preference is everything

I think they all will look nice as long as they are not just flat foils over the image like some games.
