I'm looking at one of the real cards right now (the promo Naruto), and the scan doesn't do the background justice. While the old card had the impression of a tree, the new ones have a purple shaded cloud woodcut pattern, and that pattern will be different for every element.

Yea i think everyone pretty much agrees that the outline and zooming of the ninja isnt great. the background could look a little better but for the most part its fine. its also good that the background will change depending on the element. And you know what i also agree that the US ones look about ten times better. the japanese ones are gloomy and bland and boring. And besides that the look of the card will not effect how you play the game...and thats what really matters.

I really can't see what all the fuss is about. The Japanese and English cards both look fine. Although the American Jutsu and Mission cards look better than their Japanese counterparts, while the Japanese Ninja cards look better than the American ones...

Yea, I was comparing cards that had counterparts.....
I can post a new style one too, but its not that different....

I am surprised so many approve of the US design, if it dose not change any we'll just see where that gets the CCG....

True, but do you think that 100 members will keep a game running, NO, Now I'm not say it won't but this is not necissarily representative of the countries playing demographic as a whole. BTW I do not mean to sound like an ***, so don't take personal offence please....
