Rival I noticed you used a dragon based village. Very nice. If you wanted to you could add the Kyoichi clan to the Ryuken. Though they don't deal with ether based techniques but fire lightning earth water and tend to only master in dragon techniques. I can post some of the stuff for the clan if you want.

I have been reading your earlier posts and i have a idea for for a charecter in the hidden shadow village.

Description:is of no clan.Has no bloodline limit.And has no (nine tailed fox) in him .He is not a really great ninja at all, but is really fast and doesnt give up.when he was 3 a light jonin set his house on fire killing his parents and giving him savere burns that are still with him today.His dream is to get back at the light for what they did.

jutsu: i was thinking we could have some other jutsu from naruto like:shadow clone jutsu,shaow suriken jutsu,and shadow possetion jutsu.(i know i spelled it wrong).And we could take the move that gaara has sand coffen and change it into shadow coffin or something like that.
And he created a jutsu called shadow blade were his own shadow crawls up him to his arm and any object it touches,it then streches up on it and can strech up to 50 feet.it can cut light and solid objects to.
