That is os bad a, Konohamaru kicks some but! If the third used that jutsu on Naruto, he would probably defend with sexy jutsu!

Kiba is apart of a special scout divison along with Shino. Offically he is not a member of LEAF, although alot could happen. Kiba and Shino will def. be making many appearances and team ups in the future.
If you guys wish, I can make a detailed character sheet detailing their current status (justsu's, positions, etc..) Any suggestions are always welcome! ~Rival

Episode 03: The Ninja Without Chakra?!?
Shikamaru’s team is still puzzled by the three ninja before them. Neji had earlier revealed that the three ninja before them did not posses Chakra. Neji: I’m not sure I understand this. There seems to be no Chakra circulatory system in any of them. Shikamaru: *sigh* How troublesome. So what are we dealing with, a clone technique? No, it wouldn’t be as basic as that. Possibly a higher level stealth technique. Neji: It’s unlikely, even most clone and stealth techniques leave a chakra residue or pattern that I can detect. This has no sign of that, let alone a creation jutsu. Shikamaru: I see, everyone be on your guard. Shikamaru performs a few quick seals, “Shadow Prison Technique”. Shikamaru’s shadow quickly splits into three and flies at the unsuspecting Cloud ninja. Each shadow reaches it target and grasps them, preventing any further movement. Shikamaru: Got’ya. Lee: Great job! I shall finish the rest! Lee quickly dashes at the three bound Cloud ninja, shifting in between the three of them. Lee: Konoha Guillotine! Lee quickly jumps into the air upside down, his legs begin to rotate in a 360 degree counter-clockwise fashion. A swift void of air is drawn in by this motion, slicing everything Lee kicks. The three head’s of the Cloud ninja launch some distance away from the bodies. One by one they fall to the group, blood spilling out. A few moments later, the bodies disperse into energy. Lee: What?!? Shikamaru: Lee, get out it’s a trap! Lee: Ahhhh! Lee begins to glow and spark as an electrical current courses through his body and chakra, preventing any movement or actions. Mysterious Voice: So I was being watched after all. I must say, you almost took me by surprise. A tall man, dressed in white stepped out from behind a tree. His hair was as white as now, and he seemed to have an eerie glow to him as well. Neji: “Byukagan!” Again, Neji’s Byukagan detected no signs of a Chakra circulatory system. Neji: You can clearly use Ninjutsu, so how are you able to do so without Chakra? Mysterious Man: Oh? Those eyes of yours show you that eh? Ha! Even they lie to you. The mysterious man quickly raised his right arm into the air, and then thrust it down in Neji’s direction. Neji: Gaaaahh! My body…my mind…it wont… Ino: Neji! Just what are you doing to them! Shikamaru: Hrm, Ino. Do as I say. When I tell you to, do that move. Ino: Roger! Shikamaru quickly performs a few seals and dashes towards the man. Shikamaru’s shadow splits into several as they chase behind their master. Mysterious Man: Oh, this again. How original. Ha! The mysterious man points at Shikamaru. Mysterious Man: Bang… A zap. That was all that could be heard. A finger sized hole had been shot through Shikamaru’s chest. Shikamaru’s eyes widened and mouth dropped as he fell to his knees. Mysterious Man: I’m disappointed, Konoha’s finest so easily disposed of. Looks like its just you that’s left my dear. Ino: Dream on! The mysterious man teleports behind Ino in almost an instant. He grabs Ino’s face with his right hand, and a sly smirk grows across his face. An explosion could be heard, nothing great, but noticeable none the less. Ino’s head collapsed inward, her body going limp a few moments later. Mysterious Man: Haha, I can’t believe it was so simple. To think that they had feared Konoha? I shall show them what true power is! Shikamaru: Just one minuet! Mysterious Man: What?? The mysterious man froze, now finding himself unable to move and in a different part of the forest. Ino: Have a nice dream? Mysterious Man: Dream? No, no, no…your supposed to be dead! I watched you die, and you too. Shikamaru: I’m sure of it. Lee: As you were saying, it was so simple right? Ino: It’s called Mind Suppression. So tell me, how did you like it? Mysterious Man: I shall kill you all! I cannot be stopped here, for I am…. Neji: “Divine Judgment Strike!” The mysterious man spouted blood from his mouth. His eyes hazed over, and then drew cold. He then fell face first into the blood spattered dirt. His once white robes, now stained crimson with blood. Neji: No one cares about the name of a dead man. Shikamaru: *sigh* Such a show off. Neji, if you could please categorize the corpse. Neji: Right. “Byakugan: Capture!” Neji quickly examines the corpse of the man before him, in a few moments he is able to compile a complete synopsis of the man’s battle history as well any available jutsu strains and training methods. Shikamaru: Ino, if you could as well… Ino: Right! “Vision of the Dead: Seal!” Ino’s mind quickly probes that of the corpses, using her own chakra to give life to certain synaptic nerves located in the brain to release memories. She gathers information regarding Seals, Jutsu’s, and government documentation. Ino: “Release!” All set Shikamaru. Shikamaru: Right, lets head out to go meet Naruto and the others. We should have enough information to report back to Tsunade-Sama. The four ninja vanish, moving hastily to meet the others. With the information gathered, what is LEAF’s next move? And just what are the true intentions of the Hidden Lightning Village? Next Chapter: New Orders: LEAF vs. Lightning?!?
