I've found Potomac Distribution to be cheap with free shipping, too:

The only problem for us is that they are a distributor and as such require a minimum $125 purchase, and they only sell boxes of boosters and boxes of starters. Looking at the reviews for them, however, they seem to be very good:

yo mkyezero, how many boxes in the case exactly u kno. that decide how many i get too.

Oh, and it's six boxes per case, of both booster boxes and starter boxes.
