Memorial Cards ARE foil cardS!!!

Its is available in japanese booster series 13 and then next one will be out in series 16...., with all the 5 hokages being reprinted.....

if the rarity changed...., then abit weird liao...hehe...

Thanks for the look into the future . cool pics. as you know the rarity is shown by dots and there are 4 on these memorial cards. I assume that bandai has decided not to list memorial as one of the rarities because they show up so late in the game. They will probably show up and be the same when they come out in the US. W have to wait all the way until set 13 (or if the current way the sets come out continue all the way, then our set 7).

Oh, and is that orichimaru a promo, cause he has "not for sale" written on him.

All those Naruto cards are of Promo rarity. Note the PR prefix on the card number. That blocks the cards into the Promo category.

As for the FMA cards, they are part of the Character block.

my mistakes..., those pics i posted are promo cards...., not memorial...hehe

Memorial cards have the Memorial Words instead of the dots as the rarity...
