And the Teen Titans packs, and it's annoying.

It sucks because the notch is always way too close to the edge of the pack, creating an opening never big enough to open the rest of the pack cleanly. I've managed to pull off a good opening most of the time, but it still leaves two pieces of pack.

I can open a Zatch Bell pack from the top fine, give a little extra difficulty. GWar I have to use the notch, however.

Yeah. One parallel of one random non-SR rarity. Zatch Bell and VS do this, so it's not all that uncommon. GWar has parallel foils, but I'm not sure about the ratio.

I reccomend using sizzors to cut the packs open.......

As of now, the highest rarity is SR (Super Rare). Maybe later on the higher rarities will be added.

Uncommon/common=Uncommon
Super Rare
and Rare = Rare
Ultra Rare =Super Rare

Are Memorial cards Parallel Foils? Because Parallel Foils are 1 per pack in North America.

Parallel Foils are ANY card below SR. It's just the foil version of a non-foil card. As for the actual rarity of the cards, they will be changed for the US game, meaning a card from Japan probably will not have an equal rarity with the English game. This is because of the reevaluating of effects to rarity (similar to how rereleases of cards may take a higher or lower rarity based on their actual impact in meta. Take Professor Dartangan in Japan, once a SR in the beginning, then a UR in it's rerelease, and probably a Rare at the most if it were rereleased due to an errata and change of overall rules).
