Card draw?
As fun as Naruto is, I've noticed one negative thing about this game so far. It seems to go into top-decking mode real fast. What are some of the cards that let you draw extra cards? The only ones I've seen require you to discard a card = no hand advantage.
Thanks. ![]() |

Card Advantage isnt quite the same as in other TCGs. The best way to get card advantage is make sure you use all your cards to the fullest of their ability. A good example is using a card as a hand cost for a mission instead of just dumping it into your chakra area.
Yes, Drawing cards is good, but useing what you get the most efficent way possible means much as well. That being said, Konohamaru #8 (the one that lets you draw when you win battles) is a strong contender that i think will start showing up in decks over time. |

i will agree to this.
play Unwanted Child, put a water into the chakra, put the Child into the Chakra pile, then search for a Rogue Ninja from your Awards. then in the battle, you can use the 2 or 3 water jutsu cards with the chakra in your chakra pile. resource management is king in this game. trying to work everything so the game flows. and yes, tossing two cards to draw two aint the best thing in town, but you're tossing the two to the chakra pile and then replacing them with two new cards. again, resource management... |

there is mission card such as "catching the missing cat Tora" that lets u draw extra cards and one permanent mission card that lets u draw extra 1 card in ur draw phase. (to both players tho)

Straight up card draw in Mission forms sometimes is not the best choice. You are giving up someitmes 2 cards in your hand to draw 2 more. So make sure you get the most of out when you decide to draw cards. Beacause remember its fairly easy to deck out in Naruto.
Card Drawing is important, but its not everything. |

Card draw in Mission form IS good, I don't care what anyone says. You're putting two cards you don't need into your Chakra zone to draw two more brand-new cards. You have to charge Chakra anyway to play you Jutsus, so just use Mission cards to dump the Chakra AND get soething in return.
There's a Konohamaru that lets you draw cards if the team he is on gets a Victory/Outstand Victory. And the Mission card played goes to the Chakra zone. Only Ninja who have received 2 Damage are discarded immediately--everything else is put into your Chakra zone first. |

See this is another thing that makes this game so great...there are so many possibilities, strategies and even mistakes a player can have.
