I think the deck that's gonna stand out first is a Water / Lightning deck... there are alot of control options in those 2 elements.

this is my opinion for the decks, just mixed 2 different symbols, but no more than 2, because that will be chaotic in ur deck. Therefore, the best is to have 2 element symbols balance in ur deck.

When you don't have alot of cards, sometimes you need to have 3 or sometimes one or two of a fourth element.

And if you use Jutsu that are not or mostly are not Jutsu specific, you can really use any different Symbol Ninja you want.
