another question for my bro. if he has two pains in his hand, one is n1619 and one is n1100, can they both be put out in the village after one is in or they cant because both there name is pain.


now here is my question, if i have n591 in my hand and n1618 is in the village can i put n591 in the village?

They may both be called Pain but they are different cards because their full name is Pain (Deva Path) and Pain (Naraka Path), and that allows for both of them to be in play at the same time.

Both N-591 and N-1618 cannot be in play at the same time because both have Name: Naruto Uzumaki and via the uniqueness rule this can not occur excluding other card effects.

can i have 3 n1618 in my deck and 3 n591 because n591 has tailed beast in his name or i cant because both of there name is naruto uzumaki?

You can have 3 copies of both in your Deck as well as 3 copies of just "Naruto Uzumaki" Ninja card. The as long as the card name differs you can have 3 copies of them during deck construction, it only matter during game play in which Ninjas are unique (excluding effects that ignore this).
