So when Rock Lee N-1639 comes into play from his Flashpoint effect, and then he triggers his Burst Effect and reveals the card does he get the bonus for the rest of the turn, or does he lose his burst bonus the second I draw the revealed card as my draw for turn?

You get the Burst effect until the end of the turn.
