Lol this ruling is like Jinzo vs Skill Drain.....

And it shouldnt be, like many have said, i believe attacker should get it, not who entered play first. I, on some level, can see why this was said, but it really is not good for the game....the only reason i get it is because he "turns his effect on" upon entering play, but only applies in when opposed, which would mean that the first Mifune would be on before the other starts, which would let him negate because he was "on" first.

Its not a good ruling, but i get it.
