Sai vs spontaneous tree summoning

If sai n1587 is put in play and spontaneous tree summoning j949 is revealed on top of the deck. Assuming I have less than 10 cards in my deck after battle ensues and the Justu resolves would the justu stay removed from game or would it return to my hand?
