Mifune n1678 and a few others

what type of effect is
is he continuous?
is he triggered?

Additionally, are replacement effects sub triggers.
Example revitalize when this card is discarded move it to the bottom of your deck.
does this happen all as 1 trigger and just end there or is moving it to the bottom of the deck a separate trigger that resolves on the next chain.

Mifune has a continuous effect.
Replacement effects are usually triggered.
The trigger for Revitalize is when it is discarded.
