Yes I've seen them there but they are sold out.. And the only way they can get more is if someone who competed in a jonin or sjc's sold some to them.

So I guess I need to be more specific. Do they eventually become local promos? or are they ever included in a new set? Do they eventually get sent to chunins?

They gave out sasuke they got those extra items to make up for the promo

Uhm, I think I know what you just said.. And I'm aware that they are scarce as of now although I was under the impression the 1st jonin handed them out as prizing but never the less. Im just curious about the future. I don't plan on attending an sjc's and at the jonin the max I could get is one if I read correctly. The card is good, and I want it. So I'm asking if they are EVER given out as prizing or sold outside of jonins sjc's and eBay/ troll n toad. If its not the case then I'll have to do it ebay Or t and t style.

Auto text correct lol troll never had them no one at all has ever gotten them they weren't even shipped from production till after the first Jonin the first chance to get them are the next 2 Saturdays both in ny as for if this promo will follow the tier system who knows naruto still Isint yet in a normal kit we still have hinata and kakuzu to go threw more for chunins an Sakura I guess for top 8 your looking at 2014 1st qrtr chunins the earliest if ever
