Hidden Cloud Deck - Newb: Need help!

So, I'm a fanboy who has finally gotten himself into the cardgame, and I picked up the Pain starter deck, and then went straight into trying to build a cloud deck, however it didn't take long to realize that my turn 0 drop looked pretty terrible, so I needed to find another common theme. I still want to stick primarily lightning, and I love some of the cloud ninja, but would like some input on a decent way to advance what I have, to play amongst friends.

I think this would be a lot easier to do in block format, where the format is a little slower. To start, use 3 Mad Skillz and 3 Wager (set 23). Both are strong turn 1 missions. Mad Skillz let's you search for any Cloud Ninja, and Wager forces your opponent to block target ninja, and you get to draw 2 cards if you get any victory. Both cards are also cheap and easily attainable

Block will most likely be easier, and I'll probably end up doing exactly that. For now, I'm doing unlimited mostly because I am still getting used to what is where in the sets.

I wanted to add the following cards to the list of options for myself that I managed to get yesterday -

Figured I needed more turn 0 and the others seemed useful.

I will definitely need to pick up Mad Skillz and Wager though. Thank you for pointing them out! They'll go a long way to making the deck a bit smoother. Any other suggestions for card control? I seem to have one of two problems with the deck right now. It either a) doesn't have enough ninja to keep up the pace or b) not enough card draw to keep my chakra loaded for the jutsu I draw to support what I have in play.

I'm pretty sure I tried to post before, but being a new member I'm not sure if it got lost because I made a mistake, or if it's because the other post got filtered for an unknown reason, or just got lost somewhere so I apologize if this ends up being a double post. I promise, I waited for a few days since my last post though, so I should be okay :P

In any case, thank you for the tip! I am already getting my hands on a few copies of Wager and Mad Skillz. They'll go a ways to help out, along with a few turn 0 cards I found to fill out the roster.

Any jutsu ideas to keep with the theme? I tried to get my hands on the Lariat, Double Lariat, and Gale Style Laser Circus, but have had zero luck doing so.

Stop restricting yourself solely to cloud ninjas. You need some turn 0-1's. I didn't see any.
