Lightning dose not need anymore support. The decks that need support are water and wind. But I would like to see the Senju vs Uchiha theme eventually maybe set 31.

EDIT: Next two starters should be Kabuto and Tobi since the next set will prolly go back to Guy vs Kisame and Konan vs Tobi, thus it will be just after their alliance

I feel like water mostly needs early game ninja (for rotation), a negate jutsu (a legit one...) and a straight up turn 2 draw mission. By straight up I mean a mission that nets 2 or more cards without relying on outside conditions like BR's.

Fire's needs will be similar with rotation in mind.

I agree mostly.
I just think they should keep elemental themes consistent, meaning fire DOESNT draw.. fire has powerful ninja and jutsu. I want more interesting cards to be reprinted, cards that have effects that can be used a multitude of ways depending on what you wish to accomplish or are (in general) fun to play.

i personally think they should keep going with the arc we are in, or backtrack a little maybe but not go far ahead to senju vs uchiha. i would like to see a sasuke vs itachi deck and a kisame vs bee starter. kisame and bee being main water, lightning support, darui has water, i dont see why bee cant. and sasuke still uses snake techniques in the itachi fight so we can splash water snake support in the sasuke itachi deck. put them next to eachother and you have a sasuke vs bee theme.

Sasuke fire/water or Itachi fire as the main deck character
killer bee lightning/water. or kisame water as the main deck character.

or if they really want sales, they've already given us reinforcements as stsr before, why not have fire water be both decks.
kisame and itachi starter with a new reinforcement susanoo for itachi vs a sasuke and bee (or mei) with a new sasuke susanoo. last starters we got a good pain and an awesome sage mode, so i dont see why not :P

We need more filler ninjas! And more no name ninjas. We need to start thinking ahead, beyond the Naruto storyline. I want this game to last for a very long time.
