Playable in the sense that they are legal for tournaments? Yes

Playable in the sense that you would want to use them? Naruto Kage Reinforcement is solid and there's no reason not to have 1 for a Lightning Deck, and 4th Hokage is pretty cool actually. Lightning Blade and Naruto Goku are meh.

I meant tournament legal. Ya, that naruto reinforcement is sick. I would want the card regardless of its effect. As a naruto fan I see that picture and weep. haha
