The X in the cost for Wind Style Vaccuum Blast has to be paid with wind chakra. Fang over Fang does not have that requirement for X.

We tested that Pakkun, but he just became another ninja that couldn't chump block more than once. He was also trying to trick his opponent to think it was not a mill deck, so they would continue to draw and mill themselves. So, he was guaranteed to have more cards in his deck than his opponent, and Fang over Fang would end the game.

Yeah. He never had to mill his whole deck. The Shino was just used when he had for example 25 cards in his deck and his opponent had 24. He could play Fang over Fang. He would pay one card for the fire cost and 24 for X. Since Shino has Revitalize he goes back to the deck. At the end of the turn, he would have 1 card in deck to 0 in the opponent's deck.

He never went "infinite" or anything like that.

wait so lets say sasuke casts genjutsu and I have 1 less card in in deck than needed but i have shino, can I mill over shino again or not?

No. You can't use revitalize as an infinite loop for that Sasuke's effect.

umm cool deck tho i like when stuff like this works out for people. luckily he didn't play against any revitalize decks. he must have had some tough and some lucky matches tho. to be able to withstand all the early aggression in the meta right now with only two gig fans is rare........
