A deck that draws more isn't slowed down. In fact, you'll draw more of the cards you need. The faster you go through your deck via drawing the more resources you have towards using against your opponent.

[True Form] is . He's a decent 6-drop because of the snipe injure. One possibility is removing an Itachi (or both) for the T6 Asura.

Void doesn't really do much in the very first turns besides boosting turn marker with Time/Eyes of Pain. If you can set up some stall for those first turns (TP4 Rin, Sasuke PG, etc) you eliminate Void's weakest aspect -- rush. If you establish some draw with Tobi/Void World, you have more resources later to make up for early losses too.

i understand your point on void world but dont you think 3 invasion covers the draw need, but thats beyond the point, is the build i presented a suitable comptetitive deck if i simply take out the asura paths for suigetsus and 3 icons

I'd dump the Centipedes for Zetsu. He has quite a valuable effect -- he checks for early Backstabs, late jutsus, mission negation, etc. Once he's on the field he can be sacced to trigger his effect whenever you like too.

Play more Rhino if you're not using Suigetsu. His effect is decent and he obtains the combat of JI'd ninjas, Tailed Beasts put in play by Kushina (will be a thing when S28 drops), etc. His 2 support is decent for his drop too. And for the love of everything good drop Animal Path. He's not that good, people.
Ok, well MAYBE if you don't have any Icons he's worth playing...

Void World is beyond great. Draw 1 every other turn is a great effect to have on the side. The T1 Tobi that tutors the mission is worthwhile too.

Cards that make mono-void way better:
Sasuke PG
Rin TP4
Suigetsu S24
SR Shino S23
Maybe consider adding some of them if you have any.
can't argue with this at all. pretty legit answer.

I'd go with Painmals, with the primary Sacs being Chibi Animal and Original Naraka for PiPs. Then again, that's just me, you have to find your niche based upon what you like.

No it does not. I've been using void for over a month now and my teammate has been playing it since it came out. You need both, straight up. Do not question that.

On topic though, Void is literally 10x more competitive than the Earth starter. Just buy 2 void starters and 3 icons, maybe a couple suigetsus, and you have a VERY good chance of topping whatever even you're going to.

Okay so what changes would you make to the deck list above minus the sugietsus and running void world and the tobi that searches, keep in mind i do hav an extra eyes of pain lying around but other than that i will only have to of the starter

This is basically what I would go with using purely starters.
