Can't Post

I keep trying to post but the posts won't show up!
It says a moderator will approve but I've waited days and none of the posts except my first have shown up yet.

I'm getting annoyed because when my post is from yesterday and people have posted sooner than that in the same thread.
What are the requirments for no longer needing a mods approval?
