tylar crativity in troble?

it seems like this set effects were rushed and unimaginative. the jinchiriki do the same thing, and madara uchiha just plain sux.

Can someone explain why the non-super rare cards are practically more playable and better than the majority of the supers/rares?

But the themes in this set are poorly designed and/or extremely bland and utilize the exact same effects on multiple ninjas, like the jinchuriki
