1. So effect reads, "and are removed from the game when they resolve successfully". IF I'm reading this right, does this mean that if said jutsus are negated, they do not get removed from game since they didn't "resolve successfully"?

2. If I have a card like , can I search for a Kakashi (one w/ an Entrance cost of 5) with on turn 4, since his Entrance cost is considered to be 3 with Pakkun in play?
