almighty push and an empty deck

Pain: Deva Path (n1619) uses Almighty push (j998) paying 5 chakra:

a. 5 ninja's on the battlefield become standby.
b. Move 5 cards from the top and bottom of the deck to my hand

However, what if I only have 6 cards left in my deck? Do I draw as many as possible up to 10? Or can I only use 3 chakra in this case because I only have 6 cards in my deck? Can you choose too not apply the drawing effect if you so choose and just make ninja standby?

You would do as much as you can. You can pay 5 Chakra, but would only move the 6 remaining cards in your deck to your hand.

But isn't the effects cost require you to draw 5 from the top and bottom of the deck?

the card doesn't say draw up to 5 cards from the top and bottom, it says draw 5 cards from the top and bottom. I find this to be misleading.
