Does Giant Rhino N-1097 prevent cards like Kurenai N-1419, Suigetsu N-1402 and A Quiet Day M-914 from trying to negate Pain (Deva Path)'s N-1619 text effect?

prevents effect text from being negated. It would stop both and since both those cards negate effect text. It would not stop because n1419 does not negate effect text. n1419 negates an activated effect on the chain.
