I got a $130 budget to make a competitive deck for chunnins including reinforcements and sideboard, any suggestions?

honestly...any deck u want, i suggest a fire/x deck or a revitalize earth deck

most expensive cards in each deck
fire/x
x2 third hokage=15-20$ a piece
x2 sakura (tp4 its the optimal 3 drop this format) 25-30 a piece
x1 sasuke kakashi squad=idk of an actual [price for this card, but everyone owns like x10 of it so it should be easy to get

rev earth
x3spontaneous tree summoning=about 20$each
x3 shikas decision=10$ a piece
x2 sakura tp4(this is optional since its really not in ur price range)
x3 naruto tp4=5$ apiece
the rest of the cards in those decks should be pretty cheap, but if u play fire/x the price really depends on the 2nd element.
i know for the earth deck math really isnt on my side, but u may have to trade for the rest of the commons and stuff

Buy 2 of the New Void Starters. Buy one of the Almighty Pushes from Set 23, a copy of the Kakuzu from this set, and 3 Heretical Icons. That should cost you fifty dollars at most and still have an epic deck with the entire Reinforcement deck for it. Then use the other 80 dolllars to buy me a lobster dinner for saving you 80 dollars.

I like him alot. Not only does he have a very useable eff, he keeps the spirit of Kakuzu perfectly

But i need a legal deck for chunnins next month, I was thinking NvS, can anyone help me out?

I'd try Puppets. They've always been one of the cheapest and most fun decks in the game, not requiring a single Super/pricey to be effective. Or perhaps "Water/X?" Just throwing ideas out there, don't mind me :P
