Should I preorder 2 Starter decks now and take them to the tourney or shoouldi pay the fee at the tourney ($20) usually and get the cards from that

I would (if you could)buy 2 starters and go to the prerealease thing or whatever.Or buy 1 starter and go to the prerealease or whatevere that is.
