Well, I've been told by a few people that the Canadian promos PR-036 Itachi Uchiha and PR-037 Amaterasu are illegal in tournaments. Is this true? If so, why?

The cards are written in English, and easy to get in the US, so why?

You should be asking this in the Q&A section. However, it has been stated before that these cards are indeed legal for tournaments in the US.
