Becomming a Meijin

I know someone posted this up but i couldnt find the thread so please help me out.

First off:
How many people are required to play naruto ccg in order to start a tourney?
I'm pretty sure meijins can not compete (is this right?)
How can i become a meijin (please give me a site )
Do i need to be of certain age?
Do i need to take a judge test (is meijin a judge?)
Do i need to pay to become a meijin?

If i ever become one and if anyone lives near NY albany i will post a thread saying if i succeeded or not. Tourneys will be held at Zombi Planet if i do become a meijin and if schedule works out.

Meijins cannot compete in a tournament they have organized and are running.

You can find out more by following the link at the top right of this page, labeled "Organized Play."

(There is an age limit, there is a test and there is not a cost.)
