Further error messages, little help?

So a fellow Meijin I know is having problems uploading completed tournaments, and I figured I'd try my best to help him out. So, here's what the problem is, and what I've already tried to do to fix the problem.

First, the message itself:

The remote server returned an error: (530) Not Logged in

he gets this message after checking the boxes of the tournaments he is wanting to send, AFTER he puts in his ID and password. Now, I tried looking up possible solutions, and one of the more common causes it seems to receive this error message would be an invalid or anonymous user request. So, I entered my ID and password, and got the same message. On to the next attempt to fix it...

So next, I thought maybe it may be a Windows Firewall problem. So, I went through, and made sure that the tournament software was an exception program, and still no luck.

So, next I did the obvious "Uninstall, Re-install" fix. STILL no luck.

Next, I went to the internet connections settings, and made sure it wasn't using an HTTP proxy ( when I had a problem, this was my solution). Nothing wrong there, so that isn't it either.

So yeah, Goku, I REALLY need a solution to this. For that matter, if ANYONE can help me with this, it'd be greatly appreciated. The store hasn't received any prize kits for a few months, and they have a pretty decent turnout (8-12 people on average) and I know that they would love to have some prize support. If nothing else, I can try sending the database files to Mr. Goku, just as a temporary fix to try and get them a tournament kit.

Thanks!

It's happening to everyone. they're fixing it in the next update. They posted a message about it on the yahoo group. Nothing we can do until then. Just keep creating and running tournaments and after the next update we should be able to sanction and upload again.

Lol, yeah, I just checked the yahoo boards and saw that. That's what I get for not checking my email first!

But thank you for responding, this way other people know it too now!
