Need to know this!!
I have a question that has probably been addressd but I need a quick answer. I was just curious if this American Naruto card game is the same as the original Naruto card game that was released back in 2002 (and I believe is still going)? I ask because I have a number of Japanese cards from the 1st-3rd series. If it is the same game, do the Japanese cards function EXACTLY the same and can the japanese and american cards been mixed into the same deck and used together (disregarding the size difference)? thank you.

Yes the game is pretty much exactly the same as the japanese version.
The card sizes ARE diffrent though. Japanese and English cards wont be permitted to intermix. Sorry. ![]() |

Because of the difference in card sizes, you can't mix Japanese and English cards together. Sorry.

The cards are totally different sizes, meaning you know which are japanese and which are us cards, even in sleeves one can tell. This would mean you have marked cards in your deck, hence an illegal deck.
Only way to mix japanese and us cards together in a deck would be to use hard plastic, non clear backed card sleeves. You can't see the backings as the Japanese cards are different than the US ones, so you must use a non clear back. As for the size, you can see the outline in most sleeves as well as feel the size differences when handling the cards, making the cards marked. |
