Question about Registration Forms

After we have our players fill out the Membership Registration forms and enter them into the TOP program, are we responsible for sending the forms to Bandai? I saw the note on the card and I was wondering if this was required.

If so, how many can we send at one time?

Is there a process for getting more forms if we need more?

Thanks

Yes, we would like you to send them in, you can wait till they accumulate a little bit so your not sending in 1 card at a time.

If you need more Bandai ID Cards just send a request kim logie.

Okay so i have all these registration cards that are blank. Can i register my players using the top program and then assign to them a player I.D. from a blank card? Would i still have to send in the registration cards?

I asked plexistar about this but I am still a little confused.

What you should be doing if you have the Bandai ID cards (Blank ones), is once a player comes to your event, if they do not have a bandai ID card then you give them one to fill out. Once they fill it out you tear off the large peice and keep it and give them the smaller peice. Then to add them into a tournament you type in their bandai ID and their first and last name and if possible email then press register player.
Now the player will appear in your local player database.

You should be collecting the large portion of the Bandai ID cards and then when you have accumulated a decent amount of those you put them in an envelope and send them to the address listed on them in the left side.

Ok i have been doing it right so far...

Will we at one point be able to just register them through the TOP program so we wont have to mail anything in?

Date of Birth and Zip code

Hi.

The registration card only asks for a players age and DOB. This is a problem when entering a new player. Can future cards ask for DOB instead of age?

Zip code is another problem. I tried to register a Canadian player here in Tampa Florida. The problem is TOP only allows numeric information. So I entered 00000 for now. This will need to be addressed.

Third. All information on the player form of TOP must be entered. You can not leave any blanks, not even in the email section.

I've left email blank a couple times. And why would you need DOB? You only need 4-5 things when entering a player into the software:

ID#
First Name
Last Name
Zip Code
Email - can be left blank
