N-US070 what exactly is his point if my opponent has a team of 3 ninja and i use effect on 1 of them does team power go down srry im really confused thanx for any help

help please is he misprinted im really confused he can force 1 ninja to not be able to block so heres an example. My opponent has sasuke 3 power + itachi 3 support + sakura 1 support= 7 power vs my garra sand coffin 5 power just for the sake of it hes alone i use effect on itachi he cant block me so is their team power now only 4 itachi cant battle jutsu for the heck of it no one plays any so 5 vs 4 i win regular victory is that what he does?

so by blocking one the whole team cant block= free battle reward thanx
