Jutsu and Ninja Effect Timing Question During Resolution of a Chain

-Faris-

So i'm reading thru the manual a bit ago, and saw something. Well, to be truthful, a lack of something, when it came to Resolution of a chain. Nothing is stated that one cannot cut into a chain that is resolving with a ninja effect that has the appropriate timing, such as N-132 Suien and (everyone's favorite) PR-us008 Gaara of the Desert.

Can we still use such ninja effects during the resolution of a chain?

And another question:
Another thing i did not see was weather or not a jutsu could cut into a resolving chain. Senario example

Player A: I play J-034 Vortex
Player B: In response, I play J-007 Sharingan Eye
Player A: In response, I play j-013 Hidden Mist

Player B pass, player A pass

Chain begins resolution.

Hidden Mist negates and moves Sharingan Eye to it's owner's hand. Sharingan is no longer in play, and fails to resolve.

Now, would Player B have the opportunity to re-play Sharingan Eye in response to Water Vortex's resolution?

Thanks guys

This is a very good question. However, it has actually already been answered in this thread:

Here is the relative info:

"When both Players pass in turn on a Chain, the Chain begins to resolve in its entirety and cannot be added to."

Oh well darn XP

At least Gaara TN lost some of his timing window.
