Rashness M-336 & Chakra Absorption Jutsu J-331 & Prince cards N-394 N-395

It's sad I have to post such simple rulings for you to answer but my Meijin is a moron.

1)Rashness M-336

I say once you play it, I wait till after my opponent draws and then I can discard a card from his hand.
MEIJIN says when I play the card, my opponent gets to discard a card from my hand right away because the beginning of the mission phase comes after playing a mission

2) Chakra Absorption Jutsu J-331

He botched this one up pretty badly. I don't know how he came to his conclusion. I say that when you place the card, you designate a feasible number for X. Then based off that number, pay the jutsu and carry out the effect of the card.
MEIJIN apparently thinks that the jutsu is free and he can discard as many of his opponents chakra as he wants. Then bring the same number back from his discard to his chakra.

3) Prince cards N-394 N-395

I say you can't draw if you growth them.
MEIJIN says you can.

Should I report this Meijin to Kim? I hate to see the other players not have tournaments because the Meijin fails at his responsibilities.

Really? Oh man, well, while this seems like common sense to me, the beginning of the mission phase occurs at the beginning of the mission phase which is directly after the start phase ends.

If you have already played a mission, then you are obviously already in your mission phase.

I will give an example to help you out, though. If I want to discard up to 1 of my opponent's chakras (and move up to 1 card back from my discard pile to it's original owner's chakra area), then I will have to discard 2 of my chakras. That's 1 chakra for each X.

If I want to discard up to 2 of my opponent's chakras (and move up to 2 cards back from my discard pile to it's original owner's chakra area), then I will have to discard 4 of my chakras. That's 2 chakra for each X.

These cards specifically state that they only trigger when they are deployed (and you have a prince client in play). Growthing a ninja into play is not a deployment.
