Jutsu Chains: Chain After Resolving?

My first question is the biggest one my friend has, regarding the use of the new Shuriken Jutsu Card.

The rules state that players may form as many chains as they wish during the Exchange of Jutsu. I have looked around the FAQ information and found one thread here that came close to answering my question, but not completely. Players can play as many Jutsu cards as they want if able during the Exchange of Jutsu, there is no real max number of chains. But what about after them?

J-380 Shuriken states that it can be used while in the Discard Pile or Chakra Area, at the cost of being sent to the bottom of the deck instead of the Chakra Area after resolving.

In an attempt to avoid losing by having no cards left in the deck after drawing, the Attacker sends out N-391 The Fourth Hokage & Gamabunta out to battle alone, being the only team sent out to attack. N-US076 Sakura Haruno is sent out by the Defender to block alone while in Injured Status. The Attacker plays J-380 Shuriken, making N-391 The Fourth Hokage & Gamabunta the User and N-US076 Sakura Haruto the Target, sending one card in the Chakra Area with a Lightning symbol to the Discard Pile as the Jutsu Cost. The Defender adds nothing to the Chain, and neither does the Attacker, causing it to resolve. After resolving the Chain, J-380 Shuriken is sent to the Chakra Area.

Following the resolution of the Chain, the Attacker chooses to begin another Chain, playing the J-380 Shuriken that was just sent to the Chakra Area and sending another card with a Lightning symbol from the Chakra Area to the Discard Pile as the Jutsu Cost, choosing the same User and Target as before. Again neither player chooses to add to the Chain so again it resolves. This time J-380 Shuriken is sent to the bottom of the deck, or in this case become the deck, when the Chain resolves. Therefore, when the end Phase is reached, the Attacker will not lose

Is the second use of J-380 Shuriken legal?

Yes, your description of how to use the jutsu, J-380 Shuriken, is correct.

Thanks, and as for the other question, is it legal to begin a second Chain during the same Exchange of Jutsu as another Chain after the first one has Resolved?

You can have as many chains as you want during the exchange of jutsu.

Just remember that if both players pass priority without adding any jutsus or effects to the chain while there is also nothing on the chain, then the game will proceed to the showdown.
