Sacrificing combo

If I have a (N-115) Naruto Uzumaki or a (N-440) Anko Mitarashi if I play (J-031) Guillotine Sword and (N-115) Naruto Uzumaki gets defeated or completely defeated or (N-440) Anko Mitarashi is discarded do I get the effect of (J-031) Guillotine Sword when i give damage to their ninja(s)?
