Lets say N-US124 is the attacker and is blocked by a team consisting of N-US123 and N-US124 uses J-076 and decides to pull an opponents Stand-by ninja to be the new head ninja, since with the ruling with N-US013 that basically the OCs say "Oh I dont want them to be head ninja, I'm gonna be head ninja.", can N-US124 bypass N-US123 whole "I don't want them to be head ninja thing" since technically N-US123 effect is preventing N-US124 jutsu let the stand-by ninja be head ninja and since N-US124 can't be affected by your opponents effects.
