Question about removing head nijas!!!!!

so my players had a question that has brought up a rather annoying arguement.

lets say that there is a team of Itachi-Goal, Shikamaru-Formation,and Toki-Frozen Time. On the other side of the field is Kakashi-ES, Shino-Tracking, and Haku-Camo. Lets say Kakashi attacked, and Itachi's team blocked. If Itachi used his ability to bounce Haku, would the team power then be considered 4 or 2???
