How exactly does Hayate Gekko N-439 effect work.Does his effect mean you cannot block with 1 ninja with an entrance cost of 1 or less or, does it work like his effect sounds where you cannot block if you have only one in the team like
random turn 6 ninja random turn 3 ninja and random turn 1 ninja cannot bock
