I was just wondering if when you kill a ninja with damage, is worded as discarded. The reason why I'm asking is with Legacy of a Hero and ambush ninjas.

The damage would be applied to the ninja, and then the ninja would be discarded due to the game's rules. Thus, M-117 Legacy of the Hero would trigger.
